Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Terms
1.1. This Refund Policy applies to all one-time purchases made on https://clothless.app for Peaches — our internal credits used for AI image generations.
1.2. By making a purchase, you agree to this Refund Policy.
2. Available Packages
Available packages and current prices are displayed on the website at the time of purchase. Prices and package options may vary by region, currency, or promotions and are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Refund Eligibility
3.1. Refunds are only available for purchases made directly on our website.
3.2. General refund requests are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
3.3. Refunds apply only to unused Peaches on your balance.
3.4. No refunds for used Peaches or subjective dissatisfaction with results.
4. Incorrect Payment Amount
4.1. Underpayment (sent less than required): You must either send the missing amount or request a refund within 3 days from payment. If no action is taken within 3 days, we will credit your account at our internal rate. The remaining balance will be rounded in our favor.
4.2. Overpayment (sent more than required): You may request a refund of the excess within 3 days. If no request is received within 3 days, the excess amount will be rounded in our favor and considered non-refundable (your balance will be credited exactly for the purchased package).
4.3. Cryptocurrency payments: In case of cryptocurrency payments, the same rules as in sections 4.1 and 4.2 apply. However, any refund (whether full refund within 14 days or refund of overpayment/excess within 3 days) will be reduced by a fixed processing fee of $4 USD (or equivalent in the payment cryptocurrency at the current market rate on the day of refund processing). This fee covers blockchain network costs, conversion spreads and administrative expenses.
5. Valid Reasons for Refund
Acceptable reasons include:
- Technical errors (Peaches not credited to account)
- Incorrect or double payment
- Unauthorized transaction
Refunds will not be issued for change of mind after use, dissatisfaction with generation quality, or other subjective reasons.
6. Refund Process
6.1. Contact [email protected] with your transaction ID, purchase date, and reason.
6.2. Approved refunds are processed within 14 working days to the original payment method (or crypto wallet if applicable; blockchain fees — including the $4 fixed fee for crypto payments — may be deducted).
7. Fraud and Abuse
Any fraudulent activity or abuse of this policy will result in account suspension or termination.
